When will I make
payment?
We will ask you to make a 50% payment as soon as we start to work
on building the site after our initial consultations. The balance
will be required in full before we load your site onto the Internet
and register your site with Search Engines. In each case payment will
only be deemed to be delivered when our bank clears your payment.
Of course if you wish to pay all of the fee up front then that is
acceptable.

How do I make payment?
Cheques, or BACS payments (transfers
from one bank to another) will be accepted.

Are there any
annual charges?
Once your site is uploaded you
will have one year before you have to pay a renewal fee which will
include some changes to your site. (see your appropriate package for
full details). We will ask you to agree your web site before uploading
it to the server. We will check your site in the live environment
before requesting final payment.

Major Changes
Major changes to your web site
can be offered on a per page basis.

Renewal Charges
Renewal charges will be requested
one month prior to site expiry and should be made by the completion
date.
Any recurring cost charges will
be payable before uploading changes to your site. Striding 2 will
reserve the right to take your site off the Internet if your renewal
payments are not made within an appropriate time.
